Music on the go: Where to download and access music online free and legal

Music on the go!

For most of us, music performs a major role in our lives. It’s not just to entertain us which seems to be the primary purpose of music. It also helps to calm, soothe, console, inspire and so much more.

Music has also been known to be used as a propaganda tool and as such has been used for both negative and positive campaigns.

For me as a person, music helps to relax and also inspire me: you can call music my muse. When I am working on a project and I need inspiration, music comes in very handy, and I am sure it functions just as effective for most people. I listen to music all the time especially when I am on the go or in transit.

This article is not an article about the various genres of music or about music producers, but it is inspired by a major question I have been asked by people who want a reliable source to get music especially on the go.

As you know, our devices don’t come with music pre-loaded. Where and how do we get music into our devices so we can listen to them while we work, while we workout and while we are in the plane or in a vehicle moving from point A to B?

First off, I like to say that we encourage you to pay for music so we can encourage the artiste and make them continue to churn out more great work. There are many streaming platforms where you could access these at a price such as Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal and so on. That being said the following are places you could also access music for free and legally too. There are;

SoundCloud: SoundCloud

Not every song on SoundCloud is free but there is a big selection of many songs that you could get on a platter.

Searching With a Picture

Searching with images instead of words Sometimes I wonder how earthlings managed to get information before the discovery of the internet and Google’s search engine sometime in 1997. Search engines have revolutionized the way by which we get access to information by making it very easy to scan the internet and get whatever information you need. With the right keywords or search queries, you can get information regarding any topic on this planet or even out of this planet. It has been said, that people learn new skills just from ‘ Googling ’ stuff from the comfort of their devices, from learning about every topic possible ranging from cooking to repairing our devices. Even things as complicated as building a house can be learned by using search engines and as such, I usually say “ With Google, you don’t have any excuse to be stupid .” Have you ever wished you could discover where a certain image originated from, or wished you could find out other information abo...

Rivers State Technology Creek, RivTechCreek It’s no longer news that the Creeks of the Niger Delta is usually associated with Violence, kidnapping, militancy, crude oil spillage, and theft among other negative vices but what’s news is the efforts of people to change that narrative and one group which is at the forefront of changing the negative narrative of violence in the creeks to that of a tech-powered region is the Rivers State Technology Creek also known as RivTechCreek. Before You Buy Your Next Phone

Before you buy your next phone Consider these few things... Mobile Phones have become a major part of our lives. We use them for work, (how about to garner information? It is different from work, to stay abreast of global trends. You can't negate this or disregard it), to socialise and even for spiritual purposes.  Choosing the right phone to get is therefore very important as this is a determinant of the effectiveness of the phone to you What then are the things to look out for when choosing a phone? We will attempt to guide you through as you try to make up your mind on your next phone. The following are necessary: 1. YOUR BUDGET How much are you willing to (I'll prefer splurge on your next phone) spend to get your next phone? Phones can cost from 20k to as much as 500k. While the 20k phones may not have all the functionality of the 500k phones, they are at least, able to do the basics like calls, SMS, social media, and even camera.
